RF Amplifier Module
Overview
The power amplifier module is composed of 1 LDMOS field effect tube, with each field effect tube and its input and output matching circuit constituting a single tube amplifier. The output power more than 150w and has good linearity and strong consistency.
General Features
1)The final stage board of the power amplifier adopts the overall welding process of PCB board and heat dissipation copper pad, which has low thermal resistance, high heat dissipation efficiency, and high stability.
2)The UHF frequency band is designed for broadband, and the power transistor adopts BLF989E high-efficiency broadband power transistor, which is efficient and ensures full broadband operation within the UHF frequency range.
3)The heat dissipation copper pad has reserved installation and fixing holes, which facilitate the combination and output of multiple power amplifier modules in the power amplifier unit.
4)It can be installed and fixed on the air-cooled or liquid cooled board. RF signal input and output can reserve welding points for easy connection with the synthesis distributor.
5)The module has a small volume, making it easier to reduce the overall size of the power amplifier unit when synthesizing multiple module
