Product introduction:2kw state power source  is mainly consisting of six parts, i.e.,   power amplifier (PA) unit, central control unit (CCU), power supply control unit (PSCU), switching mode power supply (SMPS), passive components (divider, combiner,waveguide , directional coupler, etc.) and cooling system. Overview

GME1P23 3.9GHz power source is a new generation high-power liquid cooled all solid state power source equipment independently developed, designed, and produced by Beijing Duoyang Jizhao Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with relevant technical standards and customer requirements. The rated output power is greater than or equal to 2kW, and the power amplifier is designed using gallium nitride all solid state technology. On the basis of focusing on performance indicators, stability, and practicality, it also takes into account standardization and serialization of appearance and structure. The overall power source has stable and reliable performance, advanced technology, simple operation, and easy maintenance.

Features

1) The design of a single tube power amplifier module involves welding the power amplifier tube to the power amplifier printed circuit board on a pure copper base plate, which improves the thermal conductivity and conductivity of the power amplifier module, and reduces the impact of temperature on the stability of the power amplifier.

2) Each power amplifier module output is equipped with a loop generator, which bears the total reflection power through the loop generator and corresponding load, and increases the loop generator power and the maximum load bearing power to improve stability under total reflection conditions

The conductor of the power amplifier output synthesizer adopts a suspension line to reduce synthesis loss, increase thermal tolerance and pass through power capability.

3) Distributed DC nearby DC power supply reduces the series resistance value from the power supply to the power amplifier module, improves pulse response performance, and ensures power redundancy through current sharing of the power module.

4) Multi mode operation design ensures highly reliable control implementation

There are automatic and manual power on/off systems, and the automatic power on system has two methods: remote control and local touch screen control. The whole machine is equipped with multi-stage air switches to ensure reliable and sensitive control of the power source.

5) The design concept of backup redundancy and eliminating single fatal failure points ensures high reliability and stability of the system

6) The power amplifier module has a large power margin, redundant design, mutual backup, and can be replaced arbitrarily. When any module has a problem, it does not affect the overall operation of the power source.

7) All power modules adopt parallel current sharing power supply design, and the damage of a single module will not affect the operation of the whole power source.

8) RF power amplification: The main components of the whole machine are the power amplifier and power supply, which are composed of a 120W power amplifier module and a simple building block combination. The overall structure is compact, with clear boundaries between each functional unit, making it easy to maintain.

9) Multiple protection functions and alarm display design for easy occurrence of major faults and real-time monitoring of working status
