Product introduction:The 10KW ultra short wave transmitter is designed for 30-80MHz output, and the RF output end is equipped with a segmented filter that can be switched according to the output frequency. This device can achieve multiple combinations to amplify and output ultra short wave signals from multiple channels simultaneously, with high isolation between channels. The device can be used for ultra short wave communication or scientific experimental research through ultra short wave radio frequency signals.

Overview

The ultra short wave transmission system mainly consists of exciter, preamplifier control unit, power amplifier unit, passive components (including distributor, synthesizer, bandpass filter, directional coupler, etc.), main control unit, electronic control and distribution unit, coaxial switch switching and control unit, and air cooling system.

Features

(1) The whole machine adopts a modular design concept: a total of 2 cabinets, one power cabinet, one power amplifier cabinet, with a height of 2 meters. The power amplifier cabinet houses 8 power amplifier units, each with a maximum output power of 2KW. The main control unit, preamplifier control unit, and coaxial switch control unit are also included; Inside the power cabinet, there are electronic control units, switch power supplies, coaxial switches, filters, and synthesizers.
(2) High reliability redundancy design of the whole machine: The whole machine is low-noise, stable and reliable, and the switching power supply and power amplifier unit are designed with high reliability redundancy.
(3) High reliability and stability design of power amplifier circuit: using high-power LDMOS power amplifier tubes, effectively ensuring the long-term stable and reliable operation of the power tubes.
(4) Small modular design of power amplifier: Each power amplifier group has 4 small amplifier modules, each consisting of 1 MRF6VP1K25 module, making it easy for users to maintain.
(5) Intelligent control touch screen human-machine interaction interface design for the whole machine: The whole machine adopts a 9-inch color touch screen to display and control the parameters of the whole machine, and the human-machine interaction interface is practical, beautiful, and convenient.
(6) Whole machine structure and configuration: The whole machine adopts a modular design with building blocks. The power amplifier, synthesizer, and electronic control are located in independent physical spaces, with metal plates separating them from each other for RF, communication, baseband input signals, and power supply. It has good electromagnetic radiation protection design and a scientific and reasonable layout of the whole machine structure.
(7) Passive components of the whole machine: The synthetic distributor of the whole machine is designed with our company’s independent intellectual property rights, with small differential loss and high power load.
(8) Intelligent remote monitoring and multiple wireless monitoring methods: The monitoring protocol and interface support TCP/IP, and the real-time working status of the transmitter can be directly monitored remotely through the RJ45 interface, and the transmitter can be remotely controlled.
