Product introduction:The GME1134 UHF liquid cooled TV transmitter is a new generation high-power liquid cooled all solid state TV transmitter . A new product developed using LDMOS all solid state technology, which considers both standardization and serialization in appearance and structure, as well as aesthetic effects and practicality. The transmitter has stable and reliable performance, advanced technology, simple operation, and easy maintenance.

Overview

The GME1134 transmitter has a total of 3 cabinets, including 1 control cabinet and 2 power amplifier cabinets. In the front cabinet, there are exciters, distribution units, main control units, detection board units, dual exciter switching units, and touch screen display units.

Features

The GME1134 UHF30KW transmitter can be divided into four parts structurally: front-end cabinet, PA cabinet 1 #, PA cabinet 2 #, pump unit, and heat exchanger.
The overall structure is reasonable and the layout is beautiful. The exciter and control system are placed separately from the power amplifier to meet the design requirements of electromagnetic compatibility;
Adopting a modular design, three cabinets are combined together, making transportation and installation very convenient;
The whole machine adopts liquid cooling method for heat dissipation, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the power amplifier module and reducing noise;
The whole machine is made of corrosion-resistant materials to adapt to different usage environments;
The water connector of the power amplifier unit adopts imported quick connectors, and the coolant is imported raw liquid, which has high reliability;
The whole machine has a small floor area, compact structure, and is easy to install and place.
