Overview
2kw digital TV transmitter is mainly consisting of seven parts, i.e., exciter, amplification & control unit (ACU), power amplifier (PA) unit, central control unit (CCU), power supply control unit (PSCU), switching mode power supply (SMPS), passive components (divider, combiner, filter, directional coupler, etc.) and cooling system.
Features
1.The whole machine adopts high-efficiency and energy-saving design: the power amplifier module RF circuit of the whole machine adopts DOHERTY technology, and the whole machine distribution and synthesis are all one-time distribution and synthesis methods, with minimal insertion loss and cable loss in the entire RF channel
2. High reliability redundancy design of the whole machine: redundant design of the main and backup dual cooling systems, low noise, stable and reliable; The centrifugal fan in the cooling system can be maintained and replaced online without stopping the machine.
3. Reliability and quality assurance of power amplifier: The power amplifier PCB board adopts the exclusive domestic process technology of direct welding with the copper pad, which greatly reduces the RF circuit loss, fully ensures the efficient heat dissipation of the power tube, and effectively guarantees the long-term stable and reliable working environment conditions of the power tube.
4. Multi functional and high performance guarantee design of exciter: The exciter has online linear and nonlinear real-time adaptive pre correction function; And it has the functions of stream detection and reorganization, suitable for single frequency network and multi frequency network operation under various conditions;
5. Selection of high-performance and high-quality components: Designed with a super large rated output power, using 9 BLF989E power amplifier tubes, the overall output has a large power margin; The BLF989E power transistor is a new generation LDMOS power transistor, which has higher power, higher standing wave ratio characteristics.
6. Whole machine structure and configuration: The whole machine is designed with modular blocks, and the power amplifier, fan, exciter, and power distribution are located in independent physical spaces. The RF, communication, baseband input signals, and power supply are completely separated by metal plates, with good electromagnetic radiation protection design. The layout of the whole machine structure is scientific and reasonable.
7. Passive components of the whole machine: The whole machine is synthesized using direct RF synthesis method, all of which are designed with our company’s independent intellectual property rights, with small differential loss and high power load redundancy; The whole machine filter is a six cavity bandpass filter, and the adjustment rod is made of copper silver plating technology. The overall structure is light in weight, with low insertion loss, easy to install, and low temperature rise.
8. Intelligent remote monitoring and multiple wireless monitoring methods: The monitoring protocol and interface support TCP/IP, and the real-time working status of the transmitter can be directly monitored remotely through the RJ45 interface, and the transmitter can be remotely controlled; Support multiple methods such as SMS wireless remote monitoring.
