Product introduction:3kw liquid cooling digital TV transmitter is mainly consisting of seven parts, i.e., exciter, amplification & control unit (ACU), power amplifier (PA) unit, central control unit (CCU), power supply control unit (PSCU), switching mode power supply (SMPS), passive components (divider, combiner, filter, directional coupler, etc.) and liquid cooling system. Overview
GME1133 type 3KW built-in liquid-cooling digital television transmitter is a new generation broadcast transmitter independently researched and developed by Beijing Duoyang Gigamega Science and Technology Co., Ltd. by taking advantage of broadcasting technology. In aspects of appearance and structure, both standardization, serialization and esthetic effects, practicability have been taken into consideration to develop the new product. The transmitter features on stable and reliable property, advanced technology, simple operation and convenient maintenance.

Advanced technology and design concepts
LDMOS all solid state technology, all solid state and broadband design of complete machine;
Adopt one-time power distribution and direct synthesis of radio frequency technologies of proprietary intellectual property rights;
Main components adopt modular design concept, which is easy for maintenance and upgrade.
Connect redundancy design together to reduce break rate
Redundancy design in power amplifier unit: it shall be configured same 1KW power amplifier unit, and it can backup and conduct replacement for each other.
Redundancy design in backups of power supply: multiple switching power supplies are in paralleled current sharing. Moreover, single damage won’t affect broadcasting of complete machine;
Redundancy design in main and spare exciter: main exciter and spare exciter can backup for each other, and manual/automatic shift can be achieved.
Intelligent and networking monitoring system
Master control adopts ARM processor control technology which is equipped with strong self-diagnostic function.
Human-computer interaction interface adopts touch screen which is simple and useful.
Thorough data detection technology and remote monitoring system can realize real-time monitoring on local/remote working conditions;
Data exchange adopts CAN bus system which is rapid, reliable and convenient for applying computer manaGMEent and monitoring.
Perfect protective measures can safeguard safe operation of equipment.
Adopt high-performance high-power power amplifier tube with anti standing-wave ratio 40:1;
Power amplifier is equipped with a series of protection including VSWR, temperature and overexcitation;
Switching power supply is equipped with a series of protection including overvoltage, overcurrent, undervoltage, temperature and so on;
Complete machine is equipped with VSWR, lightning protection, default phase and other protection.
Component connection directly adopts hot plug technology, which is convenient for maintenance and operation.
Power amplifier unit and switching power supply are designed to be direct hot plug, and cable connection is unnecessary.
